"Visited with family of 4. Excellent service. The staff have been accommodating and welcoming and very understanding of my child with additional needs. They've made him feel welcome. He loves it here now. The food is top notch and there's plenty for every palate. Desserts are great too so no need to go elsewhere. Whether something fancy or just some old school ice cream. Again something for everyone. Staff always on hand to help with anything. Also I needed to pray and the staff made accommodations for me to pray. Would recommend to anyone. Literally ticks every box."

"Went to King's Castle in Blackburn with family about 8pm today. The service was 10/10 and the staff were really polite and friendly. Food was excellent too, will definitely go again and tell others too. Please pass this on and let all staff that were working today know. A really good blessing when you have a great team like this. "Pulled up to King’s Castle expecting a casual meal… left feeling like I’d just survived a medieval banquet hosted by kids on a sugar high. The popcorn chicken? Crispy enough to make me question why I ever trusted my air fryer. The loaded steak? So stacked it looked like it had been doing weight training. The pizza? Disappeared faster than my willpower on a cheat day. But the real plot twist? The refillable drinks. The kids treated that machine like it was Disneyland. I swear they tried every flavour combination known to mankind. At one point I think they invented a new colour. Overall: 10/10 family chaos, 10/10 food, 0/10 chance of getting the kids to sleep before midnight."

"Kings Castle is becoming my fave takeaway atm this, my only issue is the loaded fries are too spicy maybe give an option when ordering you can have it mild/lemon and herb etc because not everyone likes spicy things. The Philly cheesesteak toasties are THE BOMB and are deffo worth the price so filling and tasty all desserts are so so good really have a soft spot for the Kunafa KC flurry! The wings are so so good too just everything I’ve tried so far has been amazing. Uber eats always has offers on for KC that I’m saving atleast £10-15 at a time which is a bonus. Delivery is so fast well done guys you certainly know what yous are doing"
